KNOUZ's production site enjoys high technology and a strict quality control system to ensure high-quality products.
KNOUZ's production site has a crushing system with three stages to reach the required crushing homogenous size with minimum loss.
KNOUZ's production site has a grinding system by uses a ball mill grinder which is coated from the inner side by alumina also its balls are alumina.
The grinding system working continuous batch also uses a classifier to give homogenous grain sizes up to under 45 microns as customers need also consistent quality specifications.
There are 5 stages of magnetic separation (25,000 Gauss) during the production and before the processed Feldspar, Silica Sand and Quartz reach the client.
